Allen Bradley provides a variety of drives suitable for low voltage applications, including the PowerFlex 70 AC series drive, model 20AE027A0AYNNNC0. This particular drive boasts a compact and user-friendly design, facilitating easy integration and configuration within systems. The 20AE027A0AYNNNC0 demands a 3-phase, 600-volt AC input to deliver a continuous output current of 27A, with an 18.5 kW (25 Hp) power rating. It features a panel mount enclosure rated IP20 NEMA/UL Type 1, and its blank cover allows for customization.

Included with this drive is a manual that provides detailed installation and maintenance instructions, as well as a list of spare part catalog numbers for easy ordering when replacements are needed. The drive is equipped with a brake IGBT for dynamic braking but lacks an internal brake resistor, filter, communication slot, and feedback enhanced control. It does, however, include enhanced control and I/O capabilities.

The 20AE027A0AYNNNC0 measures 350 millimeters in height, 219.9 millimeters in width, and 179.8 millimeters in depth, with a weight of 9.25 kilograms, including the I/O and Human Interface Module. Like other drives in the PowerFlex 70 AC series, it incorporates safety features to protect against hazardous operating conditions and equipment failure, negating the need for an external relay for system safety.
