Is Chief Automation an authorized distributor?

No, we are a marketplace for resellers of OEM and legacy parts. Authorized distributers can only sell to their local areas.

What are the lead times by stock location?

Generally parts stocked in the US will be delivered in 2 - 3 days, parts stocked in the EU be delivered within one week and parts stocked in Asia be delivered within 2 weeks.

Will Chief Automation provide a warranty replacement if the part I ordered doesn't work?

Yes, if the part you ordered is not up to standard or is defective we will provide a warranty replacement or repair your unit.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

Is there free shipping for all orders?

Free standard shipping. U.S. stock items can be overnighted for a flat $250 charge.

We can ship Saturday or Monday Delivery if Next Day Air is selected on a Friday.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order. 

If a change is made, the current order will be canceled and reconfirmed. If the product has already been shipped, a charge will be made. See also our terms and conditions.

Do you offer same day delivery?

We offer overnight delivery for stock in the US and orders placed before 4 pm EST.

Are the prices on the website negotiable?

Yes, but only for bulk orders. Please email sales@chiefautomation.com for further info.

What if my product breaks during shipping?

We will cover it under warranty. Just email support@chiefautomation.com with your case.
