The BM05-LAMIA is a Leonemeccanica back weapon part that first appeared in Armored Core 4 and later Armored Core: For Answer. It is a part of the Leonemeccanica back weapon family, which is used in the Armored Core series of games.

However, our research also reveal that BM05 refers to a different entity, which is not related to the Armored Core series. This BM05 is an instrumentation facility at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF), specifically a 2-pole wiggler beamline equipped with experimental stations for X-ray tomography, topography, diffraction, reflectometry, and wavefront metrology.
