The 193-EC2DD relay is a model from the Allen-Bradley E3 Plus series, designed with an internal ground fault sensor for protection of squirrel cage induction motors. The relay can handle currents ranging from 9 to 45 Amps and interacts with Bulletin 100 contactors sized from C30 to C43. It's part of the Bulletin 193 electronic relay line and supports DeviceNet communication exclusively as a slave device. Configuration can be performed using a handheld DeviceNet terminal (catalog number 193-DNCT).

This relay features four 24V DC rated inputs and two outputs, including support for PTC thermistor input. It also provides internal ground fault protection for currents between 1 and 5 Amps. The 193-EC2DD relay is versatile for both single-phase and 3-phase applications, with a parameter to switch between these modes. Both modes allow straightforward wiring.

When it comes to power consumption, the relay dissipates a maximum of 4.53 watts and consumes 3.9 watts of power. For the control circuits, it operates on a 24V DC supply via DeviceNet, with an acceptable voltage range of 11 to 25V DC. The relay operates within temperatures of -20 to 55 degrees Celsius and can be stored or transported in temperatures from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. Its protection degree is 1P1X, and it can withstand shocks up to 30 G and vibrations up to 3 G. The relay weighs approximately 1.77 pounds.
