The Allen-Bradley 22A-A1P5H204 is a PowerFlex 4 drive designed for speed control in applications such as conveyors, fans, material handling systems, machine tools, and pumps. It includes an integral keypad with control keys and a local potentiometer, allowing it to be used straight out of the box without the need for programming. Tailored for user and global OEM requirements, it is the most compact and cost-effective model in the Allen-Bradley PowerFlex series.
This drive features a serial module converter ensuring connectivity, and it includes built-in RS-485 communication for interfacing with any controller equipped with a DFI port. The 22A-A1P5H204 is renowned for its robust network solutions, flexible communication options, and ease of programming. It is compatible with any device that supports a master RTU, a command RTU, and standard 03 protocol.
The PowerFlex 4 Drive operates on 200 to 240 Volts AC single-phase power, within the frequency range of 50 to 60 Hertz. It provides 0.2 kW (0.25 Horsepower) and handles 1.5 Amps. Installation is versatile with multiple mounting options and it can operate in environments up to 50 degrees Celsius. For mounting, it supports DIN rail installation for A and B drive frames, as well as panel mounting.
