The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 440R-N23132 is a safety relay module from the Guardmaster Safety Relays series. This module uses Normally Closed (NC) safety inputs and can be configured for single-channel or dual-channel operation. Its dimensions are approximately 22.5 x 99 x 114.5 millimeters (0.88 x 3.89 x 4.5 inches). There are three status indicators on the module: a "PWR" indicator that stays steady green when powered on and blinks green for cross-loop faults, a "CH1" indicator that remains steady green when Channel 1 is active, and a "CH2" indicator steady green when Channel 2 is active.

For installation, the 440R-N23132 must be placed in an enclosure with at least an IP 54 protection rating. It supports power supplies of 24 Volts AC/DC, 115 Volts AC, or 230 Volts AC, operating at frequencies of 50 to 60 Hertz. The module has a power consumption rating of 2 Watts. Wiring should be done with copper wire rated for 60/75 degrees Celsius (140/167 degrees Fahrenheit). The operational temperature range for the module is from -5 to 55 degrees Celsius (22 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit) with up to 90% relative humidity.
